A 22 year veteran of the chemical industry, David Mielke began his career as a development chemist with Aldrich Chemical and quickly took on more responsibilities in the areas of product development and management with SpecialtyChem Products, which later became a Bayer Company. David held positions as Director of Commercial Development, VP of Technology, and ultimately President of ChemDesign Corp. In 2006, when Resilience Capital Partners acquired ChemDesign Corp. and formed ChemDesign Products, Inc., David assumed the role of President and CEO. Since then, under David’s direction, the company has refocused on providing the assets and technical staffing necessary to be a competitive resource for toll and specialty chemical manufacturer. |

Since 2004, Rae Johnson has led the sales efforts of ChemDesign Products. He has over ten years of experience in the business development arena of the chemical industry, working for Hickson-DanChem, Brenntag and Ruetgers before joining ChemDesign. Rae is focused on developing chemical toll manufacturing relationships and is an active member of SOCMA and the Global Chemicals Executives organizations. |

Tim has over fifteen years of experience in Health, Environmental and Safety (HES). His breadth of experience includes employment with Raytheon, various healthcare groups, impendent consulting and ChemDesign Products. He carries multiple certifications in environmental management, including Registered Environmental Professional (REP), Healthcare Environmental Manager (HEM) and World Safety Organization, Certified Safety Manager (WSO-CSM). Tim is a member of the National Association of EHS Management (NAEM). He received his PhDand Master's Degree in Environmental Engineering from Kennedy Western University and a Bachelors of Science degree in Environmental Science from Columbia Southern University. |

Joel is responsible for evaluating new business, serving as the primary liaison with the customer for technology, engineering and start-up. He has 15 years of chemical industry experience. Joel received a Bachelors of Science degree in chemistry from UW-Stevens Point and a Masters of Science degree in Management and Organizational Behavior from Silver Lake College. |

Bob is responsible for operations, procedure development and metrics. He has nearly twenty years of experience in the chemical industry with Aldrich Chemical and ChemDesign Products. Bob holds a Bachelors of Science degree in chemistry from UW-Stevens Point and an MBA from Lakeland College. |

Randy brings extensive experience in corporate accounting to ChemDesign Products. Prior to joining ChemDesign as their CFO, he worked for Kimberly Clark and the US Government. Randy holds a Bachelors of Science degree in managerial accounting from the University of Wisconsin - Green Bay. He maintains both the Certified Management Accountant (CMA) and the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) accreditations. Under his leadership, ChemDesign has a real-time understanding of the finances driven by their dynamic, constantly changing production schedules. This understanding and the ability to perform predictive “what-if” analyses has been instrumental in the stabilization and subsequent growth of ChemDesign. In addition to his CFO responsibilities, Randy is responsible for accounting, purchasing, human resources and information systems. |
